# Teams

> Build a roster of teammates and share hosts without re-entering their email every time.

Teams lets you build a roster of people you work with once, then pick from that roster whenever you [share a host](/sharing), instead of typing an email address each time.

  Teams requires a [Pro subscription](/plans). Free accounts cannot add teammates.

## Add a teammate

1. Open the **Teams** page from the sidebar.
2. Click **Add teammate** and enter their email.
3. Click **Invite**.

If the email belongs to an existing Termique account, they're added to your roster once they accept. If they don't have an account yet, they get an invite by email and join your roster automatically the moment they sign up.

Being on your team roster does not give someone access to anything by itself. It only means you can pick them when you share a host.

## Manage your roster

The Teams page lists everyone on your roster, along with any invites you're still waiting on. From here you can:

* See who's accepted and who's still pending.
* Revoke a pending invite before it's accepted.
* Remove someone from your roster (this does not remove hosts you've already shared with them; revoke those separately from the host's [Sharing](/sharing) tab).
